Hosting

This website is provided by NexTao GmbH, Königsallee 27, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany, on servers located within the European Union. When you open a page, the server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, date and time, the file requested, volume transferred, referrer, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation.

Cookieless analytics

We use a self-hosted, cookieless measurement. It sets no cookies and builds no personal profiles; IP addresses are not stored permanently. Only aggregate figures (page requested, referrer, coarse device class) are collected. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; no consent is required because no information is read from your device within the meaning of § 25 TDDDG.

Fonts

All fonts are served locally from our own server. There is no connection to third-party servers (in particular not to Google Fonts), and no data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose.

Contact by WhatsApp or email

If you contact us via the WhatsApp button or by email, we process the data you provide to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR). Please note that WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes data independently under its own privacy policy, over which we have no influence.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law. Server log files are deleted or anonymised after 30 days at the latest.
